The System of Instructions by Levels
LEVEL 1

Everybody starts at LEVEL 1. This level answers the most commonly asked questions, like - what entry speed should I use? How far should I lean? How much throttle? Why do I tend to run wide in corners? Correct throttle control, knowing how and where to turn your bike and allowing your suspension to do what it is designed to do, along with several other skills add up to the confidence that only Level 1 can give you.

In this level, you get a full briefing on each of the six most common errors riders from novice to world class racers make and why you make them. We give you the ways and the means (on-track exercises) to correct and control such observable errors as:

- Uncertain corner entry speeds
- Rider generated instability
- Intermittent traction
- Sloppy turn entry positioning
- Imprecise steering and poor bike/rider interface.

LEVEL 2

In LEVEL 2, we look at an even more fundamental part of riding. The ability to rapibly process visual information. You'll begin to integrate the visual skills with your LEVEL 1 exercises. We'll give you a glimpse of what a confident rider can and must be able to master in this important aspect of riding.

You'll be able to assess, right away, how you are doing. We'll cover target fixation, corner familiarization, defining a corner and organizing space to suit your riding.

LEVEL 3

LEVEL 3 addresses 5 more proactive and technical points on riding: How you interface with the bike, your body position choices and how that affects the cornering process. Stability starts with the rider. His input dramatically affects control over the bike.

A rider's fit on the bike is important and we look at that. We look at different cornering styles and positions. We teach you how to make the classic pass. Putting all the LEVEL 1, 2, & 3 skills together into a tight package of pro riding: It helps point out exactly what you can and can't do, what is going right and wrong.

LEVEL 4

LEVEL 4 takes a slightly different turn. We ask what needs to be improved. Now that a rider has spent at least three levels with us and discussed and practiced 15 different riding skills, we design a program uniquely for that rider. At LEVEL 4, we take a very focused look at your skills.

Your on-track instructor clears each step before attacking it, then takes you through it, point by point, only moving onto the next point when you are totally satisfied with your progress. Before school, riders fill out our questionnaire; we consult with their previous instructors; our chief instructor writes a program and Keith or Steve personally OK's it.
